Warranty Information

Damages caused by natural disasters, plumbing leaks, and problems caused by improper lot drainage IE no gutters are not Covered under the warranty. If excess drainage or plumbing issues occur, warranty can and will be voided.

Payment

If we do not receive your payment in full all warranties are VOID.

Crawlspace/Pier and Beam

Warranty will take effect 120 days after install. If there is an issue, an evaluator will inspect the Crawl space/Pier and Beam. If upon inspection, damages are concluded to be of no fault of our installation or product, charges will be applied for our services.

Partial Crawlspace/Pier and Beam

2 year warranty and at evaluators discretion

Concrete or Steel Piers

have a lifetime transferable warranty. The warranty is for the structure not the person. There is no cost to transfer the warranty from homeowner to homeowner. Piers will be covered under warranty after 30 days of install. Please keep in mind they will settle, it is normal. If Piers have settled excessively an evaluator will inspect them to determine why they have settled. If it is due to excess drainage, there will be a charge of $200 per pier to adjust.

French Drain

10 year warranty. If your system is not working please check that your system is clear of any debris i.e. grass, mud and gravel. If there is an issue please call the office for a warranty check. Appointments will be set 30 days from date of call.

Dirt

We do not haul off or warranty dirt. Dirt will remain on property for the client to use if holes shift and need to be filled. We WILL NOT come out to haul off dirt or fill holes. That is the client’s responsibility.

Cracks

Complete closure on cracks is not guaranteed

Floors

Perfectly leveled floors are not guaranteed

Mortar

We do touch ups only at the time of install

Concrete Breakouts

Not warrantied

Slander on any social media platform may void warranty

Warranty procedures are as follows:

  1. Call our office to schedule the warranty inspection. Inspections will be scheduled 30 days from date of call (please see above for the warrantied time frames, the 30 days is after those particular days), they will also be scheduled tentatively and when we have an evaluator in your area.
  2. Level Up will send an evaluator to inspect the home.
  3. If work is needed, the evaluator will notify office for the work to be scheduled. Again unless an emergency it will be scheduled 30 days out.
  4. This is a “zero questions asked” warranty. That means if our customer believes that there are warranty concerns we WILL ALWAYS send out a Level up Foundation Repair inspector.
